Email Correspondence
Sweet Alchemy handles messages sent to our published contact address to respond to questions about custom cakes, dessert orders, flavor combinations, decorations and related requests. Please share only the information needed for your inquiry. Correspondence is not published or used for unrelated marketing purposes.
Cake and Dessert Preferences
Visitors may choose to describe their preferred cake flavors, fillings, frosting styles, decorative ideas or serving requirements when asking about an order. This information helps us understand the request and discuss suitable dessert options. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the inquiry.
Local Browser Storage
The cookie notice uses a browser localStorage preference to remember whether the notice has been acknowledged or closed. This preference is stored on the visitor's device rather than being used as a cake order record. Visitors can remove locally stored preferences through their browser's site data or storage settings.
Data Handling and Security
We aim to handle correspondence responsibly and limit its use to the purpose for which it was provided. Visitors should avoid sending payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information through ordinary email. No online communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
